to solve the problems of the Hackathon, students and University staff get free access to IBM IBM Watson Studio, IBM Visual Recognition and IBM AI Vision programs and services. Based on them, you can create solutions for both static and dynamic (video) images. To access technology, you must register for the IBM Academic initiative program.

10 april. The Start Of The Hackathon.
The beginning of the "mandatory program", in which it is necessary to solve the tasks set by the organizers.

Selection and awarding of winners. The final part is planned to be held simultaneously with the Interregional competition of student projects of Artificial Intelligence in the field of video surveillance "Young minds for a Smart city".
The winners will receive Souvenirs and certificates of Academic qualification programs from IBM. The results are reported in the computer press.
