Nazarbayev University Innovation Cluster and Bi Group, the largest construction company in the capital, are happy to announce a joint BI Challenge to create a platform for renting BI real estate.
Task:To create an apartment rental platform for BI property owners and tenants.
Problem: - The lack of a catalog of rented BI apartments
- Lack of proven real estate offers, a huge number of fakes
- Lack of "bona fide" realtors (expectation/reality)
- Lack of standard in rental apartments
- Lack of additional services when buying/renting real estate
- The need to show the apartments personally
